Employees have no idea what they are doing! they just send people over that hang up or there is music playing to make it count as a legit lead. Poor service and company model! Got over a 1000 calls without one of those loans ever closing. I don't think I ever had a qualified client from this company.

Many times Rate Marketplace Mortgage Refinance contacts people through E & postal mail & phone calls Pushing their not asked for, not wanted unsolicited, unwanted services to current & former homeowners who has never contacted, used their services, ETC Many contacted people have asked Rate Marketplace Mortgage Refinance to stop all future contact Rate Marketplace Mortgage Refinance contact practices violate peoples' personal private, ETC requests to stop all future contact Even after have been asked to stop all future contact, be removed from their contact list, ETC Repeatedly making unsolicited & unwanted contact Even calling phone numbers on National Do Not Call... This company's telemarketing practices have violated the National Do Not Call registry by repeatedly making unsolicited calls to my cell phone, even after I have asked to have my phone number removed from their database. A very poor business practice indeed. I have never done business with them and certainly never would.
