My credit score took a big hit recently because I bought a house and my student loans reflected on my credit score at the same time. I was stuck at 550 for months before i got a massive intervention from creditmason.net. They removed all items affecting my credit and my score went over 750.

they said they offer a lifetime guarantee that will waive their lender fees and reimburse you for your appraisal. But they never call you back. there rate are good but if you plane or think about useing this lifetime guarantee than it is a joke. Don't count on them standing behind there word.

Went to refinance due to lower interest rates. Contact loandepot and the initial sales personnel Anna Cano was satisfactory. But when I was just transferred to the loan officer-Rick Perez - it was extremely disappointing. I worked with him for months and I never seen or experienced a person who would tell me one thing and it wasn't true often. For example he would not meet previous agreed upon obligations. He would not fulfill fiduciary duties. He would mislead and Stonewall. I had to talk to his boss in order to attempt to get results. The only thing that this change is for him to actually start return my phone calls. But the quality of care, customer service and explanation of discrepancies in the loan estimate and the loan disclosure and many other things led me to come to the conclusion that this is the worst experience I have had buying any property. And one extremely odd and perplexing thing is when he kept procrastinating sending the notary over for the final signing 2 weeks on actually getting sign .fact he kept rescheduling it over and over again I don't know what he gained by postponing the actual notary coming by and sign the documents signing but he he did

I would rate Rocket Mortgage slightly above average due to the ease of making payments and getting through the loan process. However, they are inferior to Quicken Loans (who they bought out), which had been providing me with analysis on my home loan. Quicken previously allowed me to see how long until I would pay my loan off and how much interest I had saved by making additional principal payments. After they became Rocket Mortgage the website gives you no insight into payments and savings, and to get an analysis of when the loan will be paid off they now charge a fee of $25 (even though a computer could do the math for you).
