The online portal and dedicated loan team make the loan process easy and efficient.
I found Veterans United by accident while browsing the internet about VA loans. I contacted them for information and was pleasantly surprised that they were so easy to get the preapproval process going with. It seemed to take no time at all and then we were searching for the perfect house. We were kept well informed once we found the perfect house and Blake kept us informed during the whole underwriting process. We never had to guess where we stood with our loan and I knew all I had to do was pick up a phone to get the answers I needed.
Very helpful. The online to do list made the process very simple.
John, Kevin, and Tim are all great guys! They all wanted to help me, which they did. Each one had their own role in this whole process which made it feel seamless and effortless. You could tell they wanted to do everything they could for this end result. My wife and I are grateful for Veterans United. Jimmy and his team were a text or phone call away and would always respond with in 1 hour. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. The Home buying experience can not possibly have been more pleasant or mess-free. All hiccups were anticipated and guarded against and each of the persons with whom we had interactions were courteous, knowledgeable, and as helpful as could be.
