I went into the home buying process unsure about my ability to become a home owner. After speaking to my loan officer for the first time, I was motivated and eager to begin the process. In the past, I heard many horror stories about the home buying process and the stress that it causes. I will attest from the highest mountain top that Veterans United is very professional, patient and prepared to train and educate first time home buyers in the process as well as after closing. This is our first home purchase and we were very happy that we had a loan specialist take that into consideration while helping us with everything we needed and answering all of our questions. Bo Clapp(Loan Officer) and his team were nothing short of amazing. Thank you for keeping me and my family posted throughout this entire process and answering all the questions I shot your way. You went above and beyond and I’m not just throwing that out there for survey purposes. PAT FULLER (Realtor) if you are hesitant like we were or first time Buyers like we were these two gentleman are who you want to go with. I had finally decided to try and purchase my first home and I contacted a VU rep. He took all my information and told me he was going to do a preaproval on me and it will take 3-5 days and I'll receive it. Well;4 weeks passed and I hadn't heard from the rep; therefore I called him and he told me that he had forgotten about me, said he had gotten busy and I feel through the cracks! I don't know if I want to do this anymore!
