Stephanie Buckridge is the worst lending officer there is. We submitted over 300 pages of proof to her regarding a priors business loss and she refused to even review the evidence and documentation. She provided an excuse that the federal government does not allow for them to lend to individuals with business loss, because it gives the appearance of using personal money. Now this is the first major loss we have suffered from in 10 years, which was due to identity theft. We are the victims yet Stephanie Buckridge penalized us even more without question, in fact she discriminated against us! They make home buying easy and they make you feel like you are the only client they have. They will email you after hours if you have questions night and day. I wouldn't use any other lender in the future. I highly recommend Veterans United. BOBBI ANN Secane, PA

Jeremy Eisner was simply Awesome! I was surprised at the timely responses and the fact that I always knew what was going on. He seemed to be just as excited about my purchase as I was. There is not one negative thing that I can say about my entire experience with Veterans United, Jeremy Eisner and Jake Hamilton, My Team! I know them by name because they were so hands on and personal. A wonderful experience totally. From contract to close, less than 45 days, absolutely about their business.

Veterans United put together the most awesome team of truly dedicated, concerned people, putting them in a league of their own. They made me feel like I had an entire fellowship of dedicated team mates working towards getting me into my new house. I would gladly invite them all over and prepare a feast for them to show my appreciation. They left me feeling an indebtedness for their personal commitment to my getting a new home. god bless each and everyone for their work on my behalf. May they be prosperous in all their endeavors.

Thanks Veterans United for assisting us in obtaining a loan for a home we love. The website is simple and easy to navigate. The staff kept us informed either by email or phone calls. The underwriting wasn't a terrible process and went quicker than we thought it would. We were able to close sooner than expected. We would highly recommend Veterans United for a home loan.

Veterans United but me and my family needs first and foremost. When we decided to buy a house, it was done in less than a month. The loan officers work after hours and on the week-ends to get it done.

I applied for a Mortgage, was approved for the loan! Found a house that would be suitable for my family, had a closing date, realtor was told everything was good to go by VU Loan Officer! Days later my loan amount was dropped 35,000 dollars, from the original amount I qualified for. In the same breathe he said he doesnt think it was going to work, not even attempting to send my loan to underwriting, I was then told my loan amount was dropped another 10,000 ! How was that even possible! Needless to say as a Veteran, I thought the soul purpose of any organization with "Veteran" attached to it would help veterans, not drag them through the mud, tell you soft hits on your credit are harmless...Read More
