We had an awesome experience with Veterans United starting with the loan officers Johnna and Jennifer. They assisted with great customer sevice. My real estate John Buchannon and his wife were absolutely amazing. Everything went quickly and our move was a seamless process. Thank you all for a job well done!!!

Adam Crutchfield and Nicole Clarkson are simply amazing and a pleasure to work with (2nd home purchase with Adam). This one was a bit tricky - Originally started the process with another lender. Switched to Veterans United because there is no substitute for good customer service, and that is something I have always experienced with VU (although the better rate and cheaper closing costs came in a close 2nd). Switching to Veterans United midway through our home purchase was nerve-wracking, if I were to undersell it. We needed to close within two weeks (closing date was already set). Working with Veterans United was a pleasure throughout. Everything flowed well except the five days, or so, the underwriter had the file. That five days was brutal with ridiculous requirements and questions, My account managers worked hard to minimize the inconvenience. Carl and Jason did an exceptional job. They make you feel like you're their only client.

The team members I worked with from Veterans United were amazing. Outstanding customer service. They made the home buying experience a smooth process and little to no worries on my end. They clearly communicated all updates during the home buying process which lead to a quick and smooth closing. I finally got the dream home I so long sought after.

Veterans United made buying a house smooth with no surprises. Our loan specialist, Alberto, kept us informed and explained everything extremely well. I don't have the perfect credit when I called them. But they will stand with your side to help you get better and improve your credit that is attainable.
