This company is HORRIBLE! They have incompetent loan officers and are very disorganized. They have completely ruined what should be one of the most enjoyable moments in our adult lives - becoming homeowners! If I could give them 0 stars - I would!

This was my first time using Veterans United and the VA Home Loan process. My loan team was outstanding! They provided me with the information and guidance that was needed during the process. The rates that are available for home loans are much lower than can be obtained by other financial institutions which in the long run saves you money. Jeremy and Taylor are very knowledgeable and made the process very easy and smooth. They were both helpful and informative. As a surviving spouse of a VietNam vet, the ability to use the VA Home Loan benefit was incremental in my ability to purchase a home. Veterans United provided compassion, understanding and unequivocal knowledge of the VA benefits/requirements that are needed to have a smooth process. Purchasing a home is stressful enough, much less doing this as a widow. Thanks to Veterans United, I became a home owner on July 23, 2019! Thank you!

I am a 100 % disabled veteran. I get things mixed up easy. Veterans United kept me informed all the way. Made it very easy. I even received a check at the end for over a grand because Veterans United saved me money on my closing cost.

Rett & Caytlyn were phenomenal in the entire process! Our home buying experience started out as a pre qualification check just to see if we were ready to build our dream home. Rett helped us navigate the entire process and made such a large purchase effortless. We worked with our team for almost six months to get this home built and we couldn't be happier. If we ever purchase another home we will 100% use Veterans United (Rett & Caytlyn) to purchase. My experience with Veterans United was outstanding. Everyone involved with the process from the loan team to the real estate agent made our home buying experience a phenomenal one. They were able to overcome any obstacles in the loan process with ease and always made me feel that they were on my side. As a veteran it is good to know that you have someone with you willing to fight side by side every step of the way. Veterans United helped to make our family's dream come true with our new beautiful home.

I have had the best service from start to finish. Everyone from Veterans United Home have been attentive, thorough in what had to be done to reach my goal of buying a new home. Chris has been perfect throughout my process. If I had any questions, he would answer me right away or get back to me quickly. He was very kind and thoughtful throughout, always making sure I was on track and getting what I needed step by step. My realtor that Veterans United provided me was great too. Sue showed me all the places I wanted to see, even on late nights and weekends. She knew what I was looking for and got me into those homes. I was under contract before I knew it. Veterans United helped make quick and easy work of my very first home purchase. They were response, answered my questions about anything and everything as it pertained to my loan. If they had the ability to help make things easier on me, they would take care of certain tasks for me if they could. Would 10/10 recommend

From start to finish Veterans United let me know what to expect with each step and what the next steps remaining were. It’s a discouraging experience and at times stressful but Brian Flanigan and his team helped us get through it. Now we have our home in Marshall Wisconsin and its a great feeling.
