Veterans United Home Loans is the best VA loan companies in the Nation. they just help me to purchase my second VA loan home. within 30 days, from pending to closure, they did it. they were educated me from ground zero to successful own my second home. if you don't ask questions you will never know the answer. Ask them questions, VU can make your dream come true and will help you reach your goals.

If you aren't using VU..you need to be. I shopped around and they're rates were exactly what I expected but the service was unparalleled. Best company with genuine employees- Jaimie Rocks!

I would not recommend them. Although the people are friendly enough, they unfortunately only ended up politely keeping us on 'hold' for several months- only to be told, less than 24 hours before closing, that our loan wouldn't be going through due to a technicality. We are now scrambling to find a VA loan for a manufactured home before the seller gives up on us. We already have our house sold and our on the verge of being homeless due to the carelessness of several people at Veterans United, as friendly as they were. This is devastating and maddening. What a wonderful experience. We have bought and sold houses in the past. This was our 2nd time to build a new home. I would highly recommend Veteran United . Garrett Holzum was brilliant as was Veterans United. But Garrett stood out as a loan officer so this review is going to be on him. He was patient and calm and professional even when at times i did not feel calm or patient myself - in fact, he is quite good at deescalating things when buying a home seems terrifying since he has so much knowledge and experience to help explain things. This was a first time purchase for me and he made it extremely easy and less daunting. He worked diligently and quickly even in the apex of the pandemic when all the paperwork was rolling through. This is the greatest home loan process ever available to all vets. Highly recommend the virtual/digital process as it is highly secure, seamless, AND, no interruptions from your daily routines. Never leave the house to run down & sign important documents or have an agent schedule a time to come over for more signatures. That’s old school. Grab a cup of mojo, open up your VA emails from your quite space, answer questions or provide photo’s of documents from your smartphone or tablet, click send, done.
