If you are a Veteran looking to refinance, stop looking and give these guys a call. You will not regret the decision. First time to refinance for me and these folks were very patient, explaining everything about the process, timeframes etc. My loan team was always available, by phone or email, with prompt answers to any of my concerns. Saved me a ton of money and the whole thing was virtually stress-free. You can't beat Veteran United's good old fashioned customer service.

The people we worked with were awesome. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and very helpful. Unfortunately, we do have a complaint though - immediately after beginning the loan process we began receiving annoying spam calls and emails. They haven't stopped. Not sure if they sell info or if there is some security problem, but it's the one thing that would have me giving Veterans United, as a company, less than an outstanding rating.
