MIKE AND HIS TEAM MADE THIS A HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE. A GREAT EXCELLENT TEAM EFFORT
I was busy with work, and they were busy making sure my paperwork was almost go to go. Be prepared for asinine questions for the underwriter. If you can purchase your home before your first LES after PCSing it might save you hours of trying to explain the most basic concepts of an LES to people that never got one. Also, having to go through ten people to get to your loan officer is worse than checking into a hospital to talk with your doctor. My guess is there is probably just as much wasted bureaucracy that sucks up money, but Rome wasn’t destroyed in a day. Overall, the people at VU made the extremely painful process bearable. I had typed more but it seems to have disappeared.
For home loans, purchasing a new home, you cant beat Veterans United!

For buying a home for the first time at a young age, Veterans United made it extremely easy for what seemed like a scary process at first. This company will bend over backwards to make sure that you get your loan secured during my process there were multiple hiccups and I thought I was going to lose my house but Brent and his team did their thing and was able to secure me alone I highly recommend them it was my first house and everybody made the process as easy as possible they continually stay in touch with you and let you know what's going on
