Due to the crazy housing market, my gf and I were asked to either buy or vacate our rental.
We chose to vacate and figured that a 6 month lease would be pushing it, but if we were lucky, we could find a home to buy in that time.
With the help of Veterans United, we found a home and closed in less than 90 days.

Veterans United has some, if not the best rates possible for veterans (of any credit score group). They will work with you and help set realistic goals. Their loan officers are very invested in your needs and do everything they can to aid you in closing on the house that YOU want. Would definitely recommend. They do keep with the slogan of Number One Veterans Loan Mortgage Company; or whatever they say, but I can attest to it being mostly true. I asked around to other lenders during the process and they weren't able to get anywhere close to the interest rates that VU gave me. These other lenders even stated they were impressed by the rates at times.
I have worked with Anna at Veterans United 3 times in almost 8 years and she has gone above and beyond every time to make sure I had a smooth, hassle-free experience!
