Veterans United totally understands what is needed to secure a VA Loan to purchase a house. They walked us through every step with everything online and easily accessible.
Sam Brown and his team reached out via phone, email and text to help us along. They are totally responsive to questions and constantly remind you of your "to do's" that are still outstanding.
It was an incredible experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They made a complicated process easy. And, most importantly, had the mortgage and funds ready on time to assure a closing when scheduled and straight forward.
the only thing I would add is I would have like to had a little more updates on how things were going and what ws going on as far as the process goes more on a personal level be a first time buyers I think it would ease the mind a little more. But over all 10/10 great job and thank you all so much for our new home.

Once you work with veteran united I doubt you'll ever work with another lender. The experience was amazing and they had a whole time there for me. Any time to answer questions and guide me through the process.
