Most definitely made it easy to understand and had no problems with explaining to me the process once I made my experience enjoyable and already cant wait to buy the next home John and Anthony you guys was amazing definitely recommend you working wit the guys they helped me every step of the way always having my best interest at hand I really appreciate them for working with me and for me thanks fellows 🫵🏽🤘🏽👍🏽🤙🏽
I will highly recommend VU to everyone I know that is thinking of purchasing a home. I couldn't have asked for a better team, or a smoother transaction.
Overall, it was great working with VU. The portal provides ease in exchanging documents and conducting e-signatures. Also provides you a to-do list that is easier to accomplish compared to other home loan portal platform. The home buying concierge was a huge plus, never had that before and it was very helpful especially for transitioning veterans. The only thing I was disappointed in was the loan servicing can vary since your loan might be sold elsewhere but I do understand that from an enterprise perspective. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the loan and home buying process with VU and I don’t see why I wouldn’t finance or refinance a home loan with them in the future.
How many wonderful things can I say about Ryan Chinnis in one post? He is responsive (i.e. He returned my initial email on a Sunday afternoon), knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and funny! As a first time homebuyer, I had many questions about the process, yet Ryan always took the time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed. Also, all of my calls, texts, and emails were quickly returned. I would use Rich and his AMAZING TEAM again and again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rich to ANYONE... If anyone can help you, it would be Rich and his Team!!!! He will fight for you with compassion, empathy, expertise and experience... Believe me, I had plenty of obstacles to overcome. I cried, yelled and threw a fit at times and Rich handled all of it with grace, professionalism and kindness.
