I worked with Billy Stange for most of the refinance process, and I could not have been anymore pleased with his professionalism. This was a very tedious process for me but not to any fault of VU.Billy was always available to assist. If I called and he was away from his desk or out of the office, he would always return my call at his earliest convenience. He was very patient, helpful and encouraging. I am very big on customer service and I must say Billy exceeded my expectations on the type of service he provided. I know this can be a thankless job but on behalf of my family and I, I would like to say thank you for everything you have done for us during our refinance process.
Made my home buying experience seemless. Everyone was very helpful and made sure I was never left in the dark about anything. I appreciated everyone on my team that helped me get into my home!

This starts and ends with a user interface that is streamlined and dummy-proof, walking the borrower through every step of the process with clear instructions. The MyVU portal makes what is a document-heavy process as painless as possible, and regular communication through email updates, borrower task list, and incredibly helpful people behind those electronic systems rounds out the user's experience.
