ServPro was hired by the Condo association after the water damage of upper unit damaging lower 2 units. I was watching them damaging trim and parts of walls and flooring that were NOT affected at all. I called my husband and he stopped them. After we received a bill, prices were gouged. Example: for just draining a water tank (not replacement) they charged $3,060. They take advantage of vulnerable situations disregarding integrity.

The two service technician that came out we're on 2/16/2021 were very knowledgeable.and very polite on what they were doing about putting a vapor barrier down in my crawl space.miquel an bryan were super nice and gets all my respect for being out here in the cold and under my house too. Miguel made sure we understand everything about what they done before they left so great job guys and all respect too you.

Broke Closet Door and covered it up with a blanket, call my insurance being my back and jacked the price up $6400 3 weeks later. Quick draw with the threats to lien your house if ask for credit for tile or painting. Low-down, low-down! I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Hopefully I can save someone else the headaches and grief. Take care and God Bless.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Unless you want to constantly be on the phone trying to get ahold of them don't use them! I had Servpro come to my house for a dry out from water damage. It took them 2 days to get the equipment TO my house, 2 more days until they tore out a portion of moldy wall, and then it took almost a week for them to come pick up their equipment from my house. I called them multiple times and I was always told "we are very busy" or they always had some sort of excuse. Now it's been 2 months since the incident and they still have not sent me nor my insurance company a copy of the bill despite all of my calls! Horrible experience - too long to list here. Job took 3 1/2 months to complete because the franchise owner refused to take responsibility for a roof tarp job gone wrong (he wanted the claims adjust to pay for it when Servpro guys were the ones to put holes all over the side of my house!). When they sent me the invoice ($3400+), I still had the following issues: 1) Whoever used my ladder left it a complete mess, covered in plaster. Not a huge deal but would've been nice if they cleaned it off. 2) Materials were left in my garage (insulation & plaster bucket) and nothing was swept up 3) My garage door doesn't close properly - it worked fine before your company started work. Expensive! Make sure to get their estimate before scheduling the work or they will take advantage of you and over charge for the work. We have a home in Parker which had mold and schedule the cleaning with the promise from Justin that he would send us an estimate that night, never received the estimate until after they showed up to do the job, which we needed completed right away to close on the sale of the home and it was unbelievable what they charged. Unfortunately too late for us to go with someone else but wanted to help other not make the same mistake!

We had a lot of mold in our tile around the bathtub on all 3 sides. When my husband never had anyone to remove it all. He was just letting it go for AT LEAST 6 YEARS! So he got ill and died August 2017. So I finally tried to have someone who could remove all our tiles and get rid of the mold. Finally my son, Greg was living once in CA and had his mold done by SERVPRO and told me get it done from them. He is living in MD now and he gave me the phone number to talk to one of the Agents. So my daughter Christine and I talked to Jeffery Krivan. He asked me to send him pictures of our bathroom .
