The two service technician that came out we're on 2/16/2021 were very knowledgeable.and very polite on what they were doing about putting a vapor barrier down in my crawl space.miquel an bryan were super nice and gets all my respect for being out here in the cold and under my house too. Miguel made sure we understand everything about what they done before they left so great job guys and all respect too you.

We had a lot of mold in our tile around the bathtub on all 3 sides. When my husband never had anyone to remove it all. He was just letting it go for AT LEAST 6 YEARS! So he got ill and died August 2017. So I finally tried to have someone who could remove all our tiles and get rid of the mold. Finally my son, Greg was living once in CA and had his mold done by SERVPRO and told me get it done from them. He is living in MD now and he gave me the phone number to talk to one of the Agents. So my daughter Christine and I talked to Jeffery Krivan. He asked me to send him pictures of our bathroom . Then a week or so he came and gave me all good news that he and his helpers will do all the best work. It only took about 2 or 3 weeks to have it the BEST TILE WORK EVER SEEN! Wish I could send pictures of it now so you could see it. We will be having more work from the same group that will do more mold removal from our basement when they can start on that next.
