I'm writing to give say how great Courtney Moreno is. We called chapter and she answered. My husband has diabetes and she was so helpful in guiding us to a plan where he can actually afford the medication he needs for it. She explained everything completely and we understood everything she said. Also we called her several times and she wasn't annoy by it. Ms. Courtney answered her phone within 2-3 rings. She is patient, understanding and she is a joy to work with. She is what true customer service is all about. Thank you so much Ms. Courtney for your assistance.
Beware of any of the insurance advisory companies or an individual as they first come across as helpful and then steer you into whatever camp they can to get an enrollment. It certainly MAY NOT be the best for you individually. And then you have insurance that may not really be there for you when you need it. Do NOT let them sign you up immediately or make applications to something that is not thorough. READ carefully all policy information from a company they suggest to be sure there is nothing that would come back on YOU if the Chapter representative has not submitted the insurance company's requirements correctly. This company leaves a lot to be desired. They screwed up my banking information and the company that was to be my Medigap coverage dropped me AND NOBODY FROM THE INSURANCE AGENCY CONTACTED ME!!!. Do not use this company. Also, do not agree to INA insurance as it seems that Chapter used this company and they will cancel you and not tell you
Friendly CSR, but it ends there. Was totally misinformed about coverage, and got hooked up with a horrible (imo) insurer United Health Care/AARP. When I called UHC, some foreign agent just kept saying sorry over and over. Never again
I spoke with Vinson and Buck several times during the enrollment period regarding my complicated situation. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. They were truthful about the ones they could not provide answers for. However, they pointed me in the right direction to get clear cut answers.
They both provided a lot of information for me to consider. They explained my options and informed me should I find something later that I did not understand I call them back directly anytime.
