We have been nothing but pleased since we signed on exactly one year ago. It was good timing as the stores soon became sparse on food due to COVID, but we knew we'd have meals to eat. We get four meals for two people weekly. Very rarely is there a dish we don't enjoy. We've only had items missing twice, a sauce and a seasoning. Otherwise the food looks good out of the box and tastes very good. Whoever complained about having to wrap the garlic between uses is nuts. Not sure where these 5 star reviews are coming from but this company is a total rip-off! We've tried so many companies before and this is the worse one out of them with the taste of the recipes, packaging, customer service, and convenience. We received the first box recently and the entire sauce for one of the BBQ dishes were spilled all over the box causing pretty much the dish that had to use this sauce as the main ingredient useless. I also had to clean up the entire counter and floor as we didn't notice some had gone on to the other packaged items until we reached the bottom of the box. I have had repeated issues with the delivery of my Dinnerly meal kits. I've had deliveries so late that the ice packs melted and the food was spoiled. I have also had deliveries that were scheduled but never actually arrived. Most recently the parcel tracking system used by Dinnerly has stopped working or has provided totally erroneous information so there is no way to know if your meal kit is actually on the way or not. I was a satisfied customer for several months, but as of the first half of 2020 Dinnerly's service has deterioriated to the point where it is no longer usable. Dinnerly will change your entire order at their discretion. I purchased this for my 21 year old son. The orders were selected to be simple to prepare and things he would like. The order was changed without our knowledge. Emails weresent from Dinnerly with a subject line saying "Get excited for next weeks recipes! Choose your next tasty dinners." Since we had already chosen the meals, there was no reason to pay attention to the emails. Even if you did click on the emails, it just shows please click here to update your box, NO CLEAR STATEMENT THAT WE CHANGED YOUR ORDER TO OUR CHEFS SELECTION FOR YOU. The meals are really outstanding. Everything is fresh and there are numerous choices each week. I love love love to cook and I know people comment on the simplicity of the recipes. Yes, they are not complicated. Yes, they are delicious and satisfying.

BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANYAND IF YOU ARE SIGN UP FOR THE RECENT SCAM SEND A FREE BOX TO UP TO 10 FRIENDS!!! They do NOT play a fair, honest game!! I received this offer from a neighbor and signed up for the free box, which required I pay shipping only. What happens is before you even get the 1st Free Box that have already charged your account $68 for the next box and have already shipped it. So, they immediately set you up for an ongoing subscription. You don't even get a chance to try their food before they ship another and charge you. My first order was missing five things. Emailed them and relply was they couldn’t rely for 72 hours. Order delivered on 04/01. And that was the last day to cancel the following week. I’m going back to Every Plate. This company is lousy.
