Zenhaven offers a unique latex design that combines two firmness levels into a single mattress. To select a different level of firmness—Luxury Plush or Gentle Firm—consumers need only flip the mattress over. The Zenhaven is made out of 100% pure, tree-tapped Talalay latex. A facility in the USA processes the raw material and turns it into a two-sided mattress that also features five distinct support areas to provide comfort to the different parts of the spine. Additionally, the mattress is wrapped in an organic New Zealand wool layer that provides flame-resistance and an organic cotton cover.

When purchasing the Zenhaven, consumers may also purchase a bed frame or foundation, which can be delivered along with the mattress and installed free of charge with the company's white glove service option.
