Kentucky-based Tempur-Pedic has been offering high-quality mattresses since 1992. Its products can be purchased online or in retail stores. The visco-elastic memory foam used in its mattresses was originally developed by NASA to make aircraft seats that would improve survivability in a crash. Today, the mattresses combine comfort and support for a good night's sleep.

I currently own a Termpur Pedic mattress and love it. I love it so much that I wanted to order another. On Friday the 11th of Dec I ordered a mattress from their site. It was one of their top models with a cost in the $4,500 dollar range. Over the weekend I became concerned about purchasing the mattress without being 100% positive the mattress I ordered was the one I had laid on a couple years prior so I called the company to cancel the order. My first call was on the Monday following my order. I was placed on hold by the automated phone system. The message that they were having an unusually high volume of calls. I waited for over 20 min and finally hung up. I called the next day... Read More

Had a cloud supreme for 9 years before it began sagging. After going through the warranty process and being approved, we were given the amount of money we spent on the cloud as credit towards a new model. The cloud was discontinued and the most comparable bed was $2500 more than we were allotted. Next closest was the Tempur Adapt medium (or so we thought). The floor model in the authorized Tempurpedic store was much softer than the bed we received. I dont know how the floor model was broken in so evenly across the mattress. No sags or uneven firmness. After numerous phone calls and emails, the warrantied bed has no 90 night trial and is a final decision. I dont know how often tempur goes... Read More

We have contacted Tempurpedic about our mattress warranty and have been frustrated to have them give us different directions. All of them involved taking off the mattress cover and zipped mattress cover and proving .75 inch sagging. We sent them pictures twice both using a ruler and a quarter and they denied our claim. Both my husband I sink into the mattress in our one sleeping spot and are unable to change positions because both the middle and sides are much firmer than our usual sleeping spot. When trying to lie on either the side of the bed or middle we simply roll back into the same old spot. We have used our Tempurpedic for seven years and are going to have to get a different bed... I sleep alone on a temperpedic mattress. But I have to changes places where I sleep. This enables the mattress to puff itself to it’s original self. How do two people sleep in a temperpedic mattress. I love the mattress itself but moving around periodically is totally aggravating? Do you have suggestions?
