10 year limited warranty for the mattress series products. If there is a defect in workmanship or material, the mattress will be repaired or replaced at customer's option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects other than specific limitations contained. Any visible and lasting indentation (Body impression) or sagging that measure greater than 1.5 inch, not associated with a sag in the foundation, or platform or mattress. Any physical flaw in the mattress causing the mattress to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sweetnight offered Cyber-Monday pricing and I purchased the 10" foam mattress through amazon.com - when checking for the order delivery date two days later - SURPRISE! -My order was cancelled by the company without notification to me - they would also not honor their listed cyber-monday pricing - thanks for nothing Sweetnight.
