They are designed to fit the curve of your spine and the rest of your body. Level Sleep mattresses are patented and recommended by doctors and chiropractors.

Each mattress is made of polyurethane foam and the barrier layer around the foam is made of rayon mixed with polyester and silica. These mattresses are appropriate for people between 4'2" and 7' in height.

Level Sleep also offers an adjustable bed frame, which features three programmable memory settings, USB plugs for your charging convenience, wireless remote, massage features, and multi-position settings.

Lastly, Level Sleep also sells a pillow made of memory foam designed to improve snoring. It has three adjustable heights and two support levels for customized neck support.

Level Sleep mattresses have a lifetime limited warranty. Within the first 10 years, if the mattress has any workmanship defects, it will be replaced with a brand-new mattress at no extra cost. Ten years after the date of purchase, Level Sleep will repair, re-cover, or replace the mattress depending on the need. If the latter is due to a defect, Level Sleep will waive transportation costs. The warranty is valid only to the first purchaser of the mattress and is non-transferable. If the original owner gives the mattress to someone else, the warranty will be cancelled.

The BBB has 1 complaint lodged against Level Sleep about the warranty, but it was closed/resolved and no details were provided.

Because Level Sleep is fairly new, it does not have an established reputation online other than the reviews it has in its own website. However, they pride themselves on their transparency and the scientific research conducted on their mattresses, which suggests that the company and its products are reputable. I have requested a return on the 365-night warranty. My wife and I gave it almost 9 months but my wife could not stand the pain in her back anymore so I asked to have it returned. I was told I would receive an email with return instructions; after three days of not receiving this email (checked spam folder as well), I emailed them a copy of the chat conversation outlining this and to-date have not received anything. I will update this review in a week to see if this has been resolved and they stand behind their warranty.

I received my Level Mattress, Queen Size in a Box that was soaking wet on the top! Also, after opening the box and removing the mattress itself in the plastic, I discovered the plastic had already been opened across the top and i could hear the air from the mattress inflating. It appears that i have received a used mattress and for a $1000 purchase price, its UNACCEPTABLE! I have been on the phone with customer service for nearly an hour, the first time i was on hold all of that time and then the call just automatically disconnected! I am still awaiting a customer service agent to get on the phone... So Far, NO GOOD
