Awara is a good choice for a mattress if you are looking for a medium firm option and are concerned about eco-friendly materials. Awara's mattress contains GOLS-certified organic latex and GOTS-certified cotton for the cover. What really sets the company apart is its very generous warranty and trial period. Awara allows customers to sleep on their mattresses for up to one year before deciding to commit. Furthermore, customers who do keep their product have a warranty for life. If the mattress should become damaged during normal, everyday use. In the first 10 years Awara will fully replace the mattress. After that, they will repair and recover for free.

Awara offers a GOLS-certified latex hybrid mattress that combines with coil springs. An interesting thing about Awara's product is that it is made of certified organic latex instead of polyurethane foam, like the majority of popular memory foam mattresses on the market today. Organic latex does not include the chemicals associated with foam, it also doesn't have the odor memory foam mattresses can sometimes have. The combination of latex with individually-wrapped coils produces less motion transfer and offers more breathability than memory foam as well.

Awara offers some excellent service features including a 365 night trial period. This is just about the maximum in terms of trial periods for the industry. During this time if customers should decide the mattress is not for them, Awara will pick it up to either donate or dispose of locally. The company also has a lifetime warranty (the standard for mattresses is usually around 10 years). The warranty includes damages that would come up during normal use of the mattress.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST WHEN WE TALK ABOUT RETURNING...I TRY TO CONTACT SOMEONE FOR 2 MONTHS,I SENT EMAILS ,BUT NO ANSWER ..I SLEPT IN THIS MATTRESS ONLY 2 WEEKS AND THE EXPERIENCE WAS A NIGHTMARE,SO I CALLED FOR RETURN..I SENT PICTURES OF THE MATTRESS,AND EVERYTHING WHAT THEY REQUEST FOR RETURN ,BUT NO RETURN DONE...I BOUGHT ANOTHER MATTRESS FROM PUFFY AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY ,BUT AWARA REFUSED TO ANSWERED ,SO WE OPEN THE DISPUTE

I seldom leave reviews, but this is an exception. Unfortunately I had to return the mattress and take responsiblity. I am 6'1" and about 310lbs. It just wasn't for me..I thought i would encounter resistance, stress, and a hassle about returning this beautiful mattress..It was the exact opposite. Companies could learn from this one as the return was not only hassle free, but very professional in the way they handle the entire process. If there were more that 5 Stars i'd give it. I can't say enough or express my gratitude with this company. Thank you again Awara for understanding and your professionalism.
