Lawn doctor will treat your lawn even if you haven't paid or had any intention of using them as a past customer. They are rude and wantd me to pay for a treatment I didn't want..They say it's automatic. Even if you cannot afford it. The man was so rude and argumentative and had no sense of what customer service is..I mean really rude to the point of shouting at me. Everyone stay away from lawn doctor or discontinue services as soon as possible..The company has a very mean people working for them

I am very disappointed with the customer service aspect of this company. I feel that my patronage is not appreciated nor given professional attention. Techs are constantly cancelling service calls and often do not come when they re-schedule. A tech called two weeks ago to provide a service but never came-HOWEVER, after checking my account, I found that I was billed for the NO-SHOW the service. I called the office and the receptionist told me that she would eliminate the cost from my account. I scheduled a service check and set for my irrigation system. The young man did come however when finished, he told me to pay him with a check and to make the check to him, not the... Read More

Do not trust their sales talk. Even after a year of service, I found no improvement. Their customer service is bad. They will come out when you complain and tell you that everything will be fixed in another application. Never works!
