This company leaves something to be desired. They pit their pros against each other. Example, if you get 3 pro matches for your job, they charge every pro for the lead, regardless of who gets the business. This can be anywhere from $16.00 to $51.00! If you don't understand this, this cost is must be included when your "Pro contractor" is hired by you. HomeAdvisor is about making money for HomeAdvisor! They do not care about you or their Pro Contractors. They charge EVERY pro matched for the lead.
