I would not recommend using Kitchen Tune Up, you should probably look for a place that is more professional.

I was communicating with this company about remodeling my kitchen and possibly my bathroom. My virtual meeting had been scheduled to discuss the plan and then NOTHING. Prior to this virtual meeting I did everything asked: picked out three choices of cupboard doors and colors and sent pictures of my kitchen and bathroom. I had great communication up to this point. My virtual meeting never happened and no communication has happened since then. If my job was too much, then tell me, don't leave me hanging. I'm very disappointed because I had high hopes.

We had our kitchen re-done in July 2018. The company did a great job. Just a few weeks ago we had a problem with a couple of the doors. The hinges were installed in different than normal locations due to the the location of the pull out shelves. The hinges became loose over time and the doors moved. We called Michael Owens last week and explained the problem. Mike set up an appointment for Saturday, 1 Feb and William Robbins came by,on time, and made the repairs. The doors are like new again. I want to give a shout out to them for their excellent customer service, after the sale and the prompt response to our request. It's good to know that some companies stand by their product...
