NewSmile offers custom invisible braces delivered right to your door. There's no office visits required. First, you purchase an impression kit and follow the instructions to take an impression of your teeth. Then, you mail that to NewSmile and its orthodontists will design custom aligners just for your teeth. You can choose from a full mouth aligner or an aligner for just your top or bottom teeth. You wear each aligner for approximately two weeks at a time before moving onto the next aligner. This helps your teeth move gradually over time, avoiding much of the pain braces wearers often experience and ensuring a lasting result.

NewSmile's aligners are reasonably priced compared to other invisible braces companies and much cheaper than traditional braces. There are two payment options available. Paying all at once is the most cost-effective option, though that may be too expensive for a lot of people. In that case, you can pay monthly. In addition to your aligners, you receive a free retainer and free teeth whitening products. Your impression kit is also included in this cost. NewSmile doesn't appear to offer replacement aligners for those who lose theirs. Instead, it just encourages you to move onto your next set of aligners and wear them for an extended time. Non existent customer service. Despite cancelling before any treatment, they are not refunding my money. They dont respond to emails or phone calls and if you do manage to speak to someone, they hang up as soon as they know you are not happy. They hide behind their ever changing refund policy and when i got my bank involved they sent me a nasty email saying that because I have the bank ‘meddling’, they were unable to issue a refund. yet they refuse to respond to me. So I am out $1495 plus the time I have wasted. It’s been over three months now and still nothing.
