It takes your impressions and designs custom invisible braces based on a treatment plan designed by one of its orthodontists to help gradually move your teeth into alignment over time. It's missing extras like tooth whitening products or cleaning products, but you can find these many other places so it shouldn't bother too many people.

Purchased nighttime aligners on 10/14/2022. Communication with company was incredibly difficult throughout the process. I have asked to speak to someone and have only been given the options to email with customer service. The language, descriptions, and, in general, email communications errors were constant prolonging each stage of the process. I asked at this stage if I could get a refund because of the complete loss in confidence of this company and was told a flat no, even though no product had begun to be fabricated or even scheduled for fabrication. I made the mistake of choosing AlignerCo, paid in advance, my teeth aren’t like what they promised, the customer service is shady and unprofessional and now they say that for another $200 they can fix what they didn’t fix in the first place. RUN from AlignercCo, they create fake positive reviews for themselves! RUN!

Be VERY careful if you choose to use this company. I paid $895 and received my impression kit fairly quickly. They were unhappy with all three impressions, so for another $10, I was sent another kit. Again, they were unhappy with the three new impressions (that's a total of 6 impressions top and bottom). They offered me a video session to get the impressions just right. I took off from work to do the session, and they blew me off. No session, no email, and now I've missed work. At this point, I decided I was done with them. Trying to get a refund from this company is EXTREMELY difficult. I had to threaten them with filing a claim with both AMEX and the BBB. I left a 1-star review here on... Read More
