As with many, I was given a 2 year subscription due to an investment company breach. Activated online but verification of my info failed. Only option is to call and wait on hold. So my wait time on hold is now over 2 hours and I'm still waiting. How does this company stay in business and gain trust from anyone? What a scam!!!!

Does anyone speak clear English? I have talked with 4 people and couldn't understand them. I have been put on hold for over 50 minutes. I was promised a return call in 48 hours to date I have not received the return call, so I called back today and was on hold and disconnected so called back and on hold once again.

Beware! I tried to log in to my account and could not be authenticated since I couldn't identify a zip code I lived in over 22 years ago. I called and the CSR worked with me to unlock my account so a bank could access the report for a car loan. Well, even tho the CSR said he unlocked the freeze he did not. I called back and this CSR was less helpful. Nothing she could do and account would stay suspended for 24 hours. Once again not what has happened. More than 24 hours later still suspended. Didn't get the car and guess I'm not able to make any other major purchases the rest of my life.

Mr Copper data breach sent me to true identity, I had 90 days to sign up... when I went to activate they said the code was invalid.... I was at day 75, how good is a credit bureau that cannot even count???

Feedback for TransUnion/MyTrueIdentity The entire process of dealing with TransUnion/MyTrueIdentity has been difficult. The reason for needing access to support was to inquire as to the reason "Two-Step Authentication" authorisation codes nor password reset links are apparently never sent from the MyTrueIdentity website, despite and how to be able to reset the password. Nor was there any easy way to get in touch with support to assist with the issue. Registration with activation code for ongoing Identity and Credit monitoring service with TransUnion using the https://www.mytrueidentity.ca has been completed.
