Rackspace Hosted Exchange review
So many spoofed spam and virus attachments it's pitiful. I don't know what has happened to their anti-spam/anti-phishing filters but they are junk now. Also their invoicing is stupid. We went from a 1 page breakdown of how much we were paying per mailbox to a 4 page invoice that tells us nothing but totals. I feel that over the last year that Rackspace has started going downhill in terms of service offering. We have spf, dmarc and dkim all implemented and all Rackspace can also tell us is to block the ip and the sender from the message headers. Though the headers specifically state that the email was scanned with Trend Micro, I don't feel that it's doing any good seeing as how we continually get infected attachments.
