Current Rackspace hosted exchange customer. The past six months our domains have been inundated with spam, phishing and malware. Most of it is old, known exploits. Rackspace has been passing this garbage unfiltered into our Inboxes. Worse, they have been no help in fixing the problem. When we get 500 malware messages a day, they tell us to "blacklist the senders domain" when they are all spoofed anyway. Useless. They have gone so far downhill I can't even describe it.
