Hosted Exchange at GoDaddy

All Hosted Exchange plans run on Microsoft Exchange servers which basically means that the company does not provide independent hosting for this service. Rather, it merely facilitates the creation of Microsoft Exchange accounts for clients.

They talked me into upgraded to MS Exchange from their regular email. What a disappointment. I have had numerous issues with their product and their tech support just points the finger at someone else. I actually spent about 2 full days trying to resolve my first issue and they couldn't figure it out. I finally resolved it myself and I'm not even a computer guru.

Technical support has been a disaster after their move to Office365 which is a total failure for ALL my clients. Owning a computer company 20 years, have had exchange installs by the dozens, and now GoDaddy has become the middleman for Microsoft Office365. A TOTAL FAILURE! Moving my clients off GoDaddy as we speak. Dale Birmingham Supertek Computer Service
