Though the features that accompany the firm's least expensive plan may not be adequate for medium-sized and larger organizations, they would likely work well for truly small businesses. oh my, This place bites the big one. we were using their mail filtering service and it was pretty good. we have been running on an older version of exchange and thought we might bite the bullet and go to the cloud with AppRiver. What a mistake. Mail has been down for 2 days as there is a bug or something with microsoft office 365 which wont create my users mailboxes. There is only one guy there that can call microsoft. You cannot get support from microsoft when you purchase through app river. You are way better off purchasing your licenses through Microsoft and staying away from the river!!!!!

AppRiver provides outstanding customer support. I am an attorney with a small law office having AppRiver Hosted Exchange. Whenever I buy a new computer and need to set up email, AppRiver provides immediate telephone support if I encounter a problem or issue. Among all of the vendors that I have, I find that AppRiver is one of the most responsive with expert advice. Besides support, AppRiver uptime is close to 100%. AppRiver is a terrific IT service provider that I recommend highly.
