We just received our bill, from the date it was generated to the day it reached us was 2 weeks. It now gives us 5 days to pay. Their note to us was they would appreciate us sending payment 10 days prior to the due date!

Awful to work with. Condo above me had a pipe break, flooded my home in California. Adjuster on the East Coast. Refusing to pay for damages. Said let it go to litigation. So off we go. Complete waste of my time and huge hassle. Poor business practices. Attorney said what a moron now they have to pay me.

Metlife was a dream to work with when a hail storm hit my house and needed a roof replacement. I have no complaints at all about how the valued my roof and issued payment quickly.
