Chubb will pay to have the policyholder's home repaired or rebuilt to its original condition after any damage, even if the cost exceeds the established policy limit. It will also provide temporary living arrangements that are comparable to the original home (or pay for a premium hotel if a comparable residence isn't available), and even pay for any expenses resulting from restoring data in a computer damaged by a virus or removing trees after a storm. Chubb is often the insurance of choice for homeowners with more expensive properties and high-end personal items, and its comprehensive coverage, efficiency in paying claims and solid reputation are all good reasons why.

We have Chubb Home insurance. I am convinced that they treat customers like me, that in their eyes are "foreign" and from the parts of the world they do not like, differently. Right now after over a year, when my house in our absence being out of the state, was flooded by a broken sprinckle system. Even though, they have admitted it is covered, they are refusing to cover the damages properly. They spend tens of thousands of dollars to bring in their "friendy engineers" to write reports so they can use them to deny paying for damages. I would like to know if there was any class action suit that I could join in!
