they get all your info than rates are double what they tell you.. don't use.. use others before lending tree

waste of time. Every lender that contacted me blowing up my phone with calls wanted me to do a cash out refinance loan. Not a single lender that contacted me even offered a home equity loan.

So, every "Home Mortgage Company that reached out to me after my request for a "Equity Loan" stated they do not do equity loans but would be very happy to refinance my home and allow me to pull money out. This is a huge miss representation on "Lending Tree. I will never ask lending tree for any more help. Lending Tree just sells information to lenders that bombard your phone and email. The word "NO" means nothing to them.
