Latest Lexie Hearing Reviews
I've tried to get in touch with this company for weeks about a hearing aid that quit working, but I get no response from them.
Bought the B2. These screech and squeal upon certain sounds and whenever anything gets near them…hands, coat collars, seat-backs, etc. it’s so loud that people around you will hear it. Have tried every option and nothing works…none of the other domes, no settings, nothing.
Phone streaming has do much static I had to stop using it.
Lexie makes claims of their customer support - I claim BS. I emailed them twice with not even a reply. Tried their instagram account and no reply there either.
I regret my purchase.
I purchased the Lexie B2 directly from the company. They will not stay connected to Bluetooth and you need that in order to adjust the directionality and the volume. I called the help line on Thursday 12/7/2023 and the wait time was over 5 minutes so I asked for a callback. No callback came. I sent them an email at 6pm that day and never received an answer. I emailed them again on Friday 12/8/23, no reply. Saturday at 11:13 am, I called them--wait time was over 5 minutes so I asked for a call back. No call back came. The service is horrible. I am going to ask for a return authorization but wonder if I will even get a response to that. Diane P.
I purchased Lexie hearing aids directly from the Company a few months ago … got frequent calls from Lexie regarding use… however when the fragile little door for changing batteries broke, I was charged $4.50 for a return label, then Lexie wanted to charge me $50 to repair. Would not purchase Lexie again … customer support is very important to me.
I am very disappointed in my B 2 hearing aids. After having trouble with right hearing aid I was told the wire was bad and it is an accessory and I would need to buy another one. Then both quit working and I was told it was because I went on vacation to Florida and moisture must have gotten in them. I was told to put them in silica after days of that they started working but not like new. Then right wire went bad again! They want me to buy again. People, beware in my opinion the part that goes in your ear is part of the aid and shown so on their advertising as the hearing aid.
