Latest Audien Hearing Aids Reviews
I bought this hearing aid back in June and ever since I have had it all it does is buzz, I keep pushing it in farther and farther and twisting it around but nothing helps. I would have given it zero stars if I could have. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HEARING AID TO ANYONE.
Can You hear me now?
I bought two sets of your hearing aids recently. The first set died in less than a week. I struggled with help line and decided to return them. My wife liked that I could hear and I liked them while they were working. She ordered me the second set of improved pro 2. But when i returned home from returning the first set that never turned the charge light red used up it's original charge and is now dead. I may return them and buy a more reliable brand. I still have one side working and we bought the double set. I am on the road and do not have the other set to open and try.
The hearing aids don't in my mom's ear, even with the smallest tip. We've called, no one ever answers the phone. We emailed requesting support for the return - we've never heard back - at a months time now. We've chatted in and the chat says you submitted a email support ticket, tells me how many days and never connects me with a rep. to actually chat. DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCT!
Appears to be out of business. No longer answers via phone, chat, facebook, or email.
Based on many of your reviews, you are quite hard to contact and not very responsive. Is this still a problem or have you hired people that know how to handle customer service?
Purchased the basic Atom units and for the money $99, they do work quite well. However, the Atom model is larger has feedback problems and easily bounces out of my ear-s. I would prefer the smaller updated Pro model.. I have written three times to return and exchange the product within the 45 day purchase time and have had NO response from the customer service...thats lacking. Also the filters replacement kit and dome covers are available in three sizes at $12/ set, you must purchase all three sizes S -M Lg in the kit.
I'm happy with my Audien Atom hearing aids. For the price, its a great deal. One of my original pair went dead after a few days use. They quickly replaced it. The weak point of this unit is the volume control, its hard to adjust and easy to damage. The vol wheel does not click and offers almost no resistance when turning, and if you turn it too far, its permanently damaged. The included tool for vol adjustment is hard to use, hard to feel when its in the slot, and hard to feel how far the vol wheel is turning. A jewelers precision screw driver works a bit better, but the main pro blem is no feedback from the wheel turning and no stop point before its damaged.
I have their hearing aids and I would it a five star. As far as charging , I charge my aids overnight and put them in my ears when I get up around 7-8 in the morning, have them in until midnight. I hear really good with them.
These are nothing but sound amplifiers, not true hearing aids. I regret buying them.
Stopped working 2 weeks after receiving, tried to chat with customer service responded once with no resolution, unable to reach them again. Very poor customer service.
Apparently out of business. Not answering phone or emails. We bought the extended warranty and wished to exercise it because one of the units stopped working. Can't do that because you cannot contact them. But they sure take the money out of your checking account each month for the warranty.
