This companies product is defective and the advertising and warranty are false and deceptive. Do real research and find real reviews. I had a salesman Dion Warner come to give me a quote. Showed him what I wanted.. he agreed & gave me a quote. Signed contract. In a few days they came to do the work, but just gutter with no “leaf filter”. Called him back & he states he did not quote me on the “coverings”. Said to him this is not what what was agreed… why would I call “leaf filter if I am getting something that the does not have the filter & he stated that they also do just regular gutters. Called him back 3x but always in a meeting & will call me back. Short story long no call backs. Called customer service 2x & was promised a call by end of business day. NO call back. PRO: The sales pitch is impressive. Installers and installation were efficient. The commercials on TV show sunny days, a breeze blowing leaves off the filter and happy elders. I have hope that the heads of this company read this. The Service rep I spoke to this morning was extremely polite and understanding. Many calls have come in about this problem. CON: After spending over $15K, we believed we would not need to climb ladders or hire a gutter cleaner. But I have climbed a ladder multiple times to clean the filter. LeafFilter is considered "low-maintenance" because like any exterior part of your home there is some level of upkeep required. We do charge for services not outlined in your warranty. I purchased Leaf Filters several years ago. During the sales presentation, not once but TWICE I got in the salesman's face and asked, "So I'll NEVER have to go up on my f-ing roof AGAIN??" And he answered "NO" both times. After installation, an inspection was done and there were two issues discovered (one by me and one by the Leaf Filter inspector). Years later neither have been corrected. As for the warranty, it states that the gutters will never clog. It has happened once, and they did come and clear it. HOWEVER, as others stated, the screen collects debris (that the salesman said would "bubble" out with rain. Another lie.). So I'm still going up on my roof to clear the debris... Read More

BE VERY AWARE OF THE MISINFORMATION AND MISLEADING ATTEMPTS MADE BY THE SALES PERSON TO CLOSE THE TRANSACTION IMMEDIATELY. THEY ARE DISHONEST PERSONS. I have not had the product long enough to know if there will be additional problems, but I can attest that the salesman are dishonest, provide misinformation and can not be trusted. Be very careful with what they say. They will tell you anything to force the sale and they start with a high price based on a coupon and keep discounting. We were pressured to buy and install at the sales visit. I told the salesman I wanted to wait until after a new roof was going to be installed. The debris is left on top of the leaf filter itself so you still will need to remove it. When calling about this problem they informed me that they only guaranteed debris wouldn't go in the gutter itself and doesn't guarantee it wouldn't collect on top of filter for the need to be removed! Money wasted. 95.00 for them to come to your home!

I had my gutters installed 5 years ago because I was tired of going up on a ladder. They stated they install the leaf filter on the gutter and never touch the tiles or the roof. 4 years later, I have a rotted roof edge and fascia boards. With a closer look via a friend who took pictures, it showed they installed the leaf filter under my tiles and by doing so pushed back the tar paper edging exposing the wood of roof. They don't use their own installers! That's a lie! They are third party hacks! They don't stand behind their work. They only stand behind their product which is stainless steel. But of it's not installed properly, it costs the homeowner not only the original cost of the filter... Read More

Back in early 2021 my husband and I contacted LeafFilter to give us an estimate. We had a coupon for 15% off. Well, they gave us a price of $6,000. No way were we going to pay that. We called a local gutter company. They put in a similar filter system and even fixed one of the down spout. The price, $600. And it still working with out any problems, especially here in Florida during our rainy season!

had my leaffilter screens installed on may 8th. on may 23 i had to go up and blow out the screens with an air hose to clean the pollen out of the screens because the gutter ran over. this is the worst i have been ripped-off in my life and i am 67. they did shoddy work, over- charged me, lied to me, and ignored my phone calls. this was the office on john deere drive in knoxville,TN
