Had a salesmen come to my house at 7pm on a friday night. I agreed to have gutters installed. first they wanted $5900 for two 30ft gutters. I said no then he got it down to $2316. The next day I decided against it and called the company twice and left voicemails but wasnt comfortable with that so I caslled again and spoke to an actual person canceling the order. I told them do NOT install gutters on my house. The next day(sunday) I left my house about noon and when I got home about 3p the gutters were already up. Run, do not use. We just had them out.
Apparently there was a miscommunication with salesman and we did not get what we thought we were paying for. No diagram was included and did not know until installer told us. Salesperson denied what we agreed on and Boss man never called to ask about issues. Only saving Grace is that the installer was honest guy.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I had my Leaf Filter Gutter Guards installed in 2021. They were installed improperly and I had a long standing leak in my roof that resulted in the sheet rock coming down in my finished garage. Leaf Filter fixed the system and took down the sheet rock, the service manager Tyronn was in my ceiling removing sheetrock. They said to send them my contractors bill for putting in new sheet rock and repairing the hole. Tyronn said payment would go out September 15th. Leaf Filter still hasn't paid the invoice and no one from Corporate Customer service or Raleigh service will call me back. Keeps out the leaves but quickly gets clogged with sand and grime from the roof. Becomes ineffective when it rains. Dumping all the water onto my patio. Literally preventing the drain from draining. I would love to send a video.

We understand that being a homeowner comes with many responsibilities and the last thing you want to do is clean your gutters. LeafFilter is considered "low-maintenance" because like any exterior part of your home, there is some level of upkeep required for optimal performance. While you may have to brush off any debris that doesn't blow off on its own - you won't have to clean your gutters out.
Leaf Guard is nothing but a joke. We’ve had it for nine years. They do not work anymore that came out and said that all the screens on the house need to be replaced twice then they sent out a supervisor that looked at the shop which does not have Leaf Guard and denied all of it. Do not trust this company..

Be Warned: If you have valley's on your roof, don't get this product. Pine needles and other debri will build up at the base of your valleys where they meet the gutters and the fine mesh on top of the gutters. The debri sits there and after a lot of rain fall, water pours over the gutters. This is the problem we have. After a lot of rain I have to go out and clean the pine needles and debri off of the mesh of the gutters. LF came out and put metal deflectors around the corners and this deflects needles and debri around the corners. This only lasts so long and I am up on a ladder again to clean the mesh off. I would never install these again. While the larger leaves blow over, smaller pollen.,roof pebbles,etc get stuck in the ridges and water pours over the gutters causing water to get into our basement. They did send someone to come and clean the filters but that will have to be done 2x a year.

These scums of the earth. Sell you over priced junk. Way over priced labor. Plus this junk won't last on windy days, I know caused I was charged $5000.00 for two 40ft. spouts. I could went to Lowes and got better stuff and install myself. Also beware of the Wells Fargo Bank. They are on it too.

Just signed my contract to have gutters installed. Reviews really alerted my guard. We will go ahead in three weeks and have the work done. HOWEVER, I will be right here at home. I have thought of way to test the flow of the rain water. I will spray water from my garden hose and see for myselfif it flows behind or over, deal is off. This test will be done before workers leave. According to Vermont laws as a customer who is not satisfied the contract is null and void.

Good product BUT poor workers. Unreliable and do poor installation. Second time they have beef over 4 hours late first was installation which was 4 1/2 hours late. Clean up was awful as well as installation which I could not see before hand as it was not completed until darkness had set in. When I realized the poor installation I called and was told they would send an English speaking employee out to evaluate and see the problems and clean up again in the dark! I’m still waiting on this second employee who was supposed to arrive this afternoon but at 5:15 pm is still a no show.
