Don’t buy here unless you like to arrange your own flowers. This place is pathetic , they shipped me a bunch of flowers covered in mud, leaves and thorns unarranged. And I’m not over exaggerating, the rubber bands and bags were still on the flowers like as if they were picked up at the grocery store and left on my door step. On Valentine’s Day I was fuming. My boyfriend spent 88 dollars plus shipping and tax to receive an absolute joke. They have no contact number, only online email support and when I tried to write to them they wouldn’t repond. Literally a scam website. You’ve been warned.

I ordered from Bouqs for my administrative assistants’ birthday. When the flowers came on Friday, they were exceptionally beautiful. By Monday, they were half dead and an embarrassment. The roses where all drooped over. The Lilies turning brown and the little berries were falling off their stems. We threw half of the flowers away and salvaged what we could. When I did a review that same Monday indicating my disappointment, they offered a $20 credit on a future order. Why should I have to spend more money and buy more flowers from them as the recompense for their disappointing product?
