I ordered Valentine roses for Mom everything went great until I seen the quality of the Roses I was expecting Farm Fresh $75 for 24 roses didn't match their picture the product I received were dead wilted falling apart. Mom love them enyway's it's the thought that counts. For now on I'll do my shopping at the grocery store hope this review helps you to see what you're buying before to purchase thank you and have a Happy Valentine's Day!

BAD BUSINESS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I guess the reason they don't have a customer service phone number is because they know they mess up frequently. Ordered flowers for a funeral a week ahead, the charge went thru the credit card fine, and the week came & went- no flowers!!! So when i emailed (apparently only way to contact customer service) they said some lame excuse about the credit card not going thru - if i could add a picture here, i'd show that i was charged. WHY DID THEY NOT CONTACT ME AND TELL ME OR ASK ME A PAYMENT RELATED QUESTION? I have the order number, the confirmation number and the supposed delivery date.... if they can give all that THEN THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO CONTACT... Read More

This company is terrible. Do not use them. They look for ways to rip you off, their customer service people either don't exist or don't have any idea what the products or policies are. I was charged for a product that I DID NOT RECEIVE and instead of saying, "oh, I'm sorry, let me refund your money" I was offered a 50% off coupon for my next order!!! How is that okay? Trust me, there are other flower companies to choose from. Also, does anyone think it is suspect that you can't even find the google reviews on this company? hmmmm do you think bouqs is paying to get them squelched?

Used The Bouqs to order flowers for my mom's birthday, and pay extra for Saturday delivery so they'll be there on the day. Which seemed like a good idea until they didn't show up, which I didn't find out about until SUNDAY!!! So not only does my mom think I ignored her birthday, but I got to pay extra the privilege of the flowers not arriving. Oh, and no one bothered to call and tell me they wouldn't arrive, so I could at least apologize to my mother in advance. When I talked to customer service, I was offered a mild apology and CUSTOMER CREDIT!!!! The Bouqs is THE WORST!!!! Never, ever to be trusted.

Ordered $81 bouquet, it did not arrive on Valentines. They emailed me at 6pm on Valentines to tell me that there was a "delay" on their farm, but assured me that it would arrive the next day. Well, this is obviously pretty upsetting because firstly you pay a premium for flowers on Valentines, and secondly it's bit sensitive for flowers to arrive late on a day like that. They refunded my shipping charge. I rolled my eyes, but additional problem was that the delivery was an office and the next day not only would the recipient not be there, it would be closed on a Saturday. Worst company ever. Don't ever order from them if you live in a cold climate. Twice they're delivered to Minnesota (from a subscription my son gifted me), and by the time I find them they are completely frozen. Customer service is horrible and they won't replace them. Box said to get a signature, but they don't even ring the doorbell. No notification for me or to the gift-giver that they've been delivered. Steer clear!!

absolutely awful company. years ago i ordered from them for valentines day. they just no showed the order. i called and they refunded my money and all they would do for me was give me 20% off my next order. like i would order again. well ffwd to today and i forgot all about this incident and i orded flowers from them again. they showed up thsi time but the flowers are all damaged. i called to let them know and show a picture and tehy told me that i was wrong and flowers looked ok and they could have me talk to their flower experts. stay far away from this company not only is their track record no good but the way they handle issues is pathetic.

I would run, not walk away from this brand. I ordered an original bouquet of Asiatic lilies for my aunt's funeral, whom I cannot attend to, because I am ill and it's in another state. My mourning family received the bouquet as completely closed buds. When I got in touch with customer service, the person had no empathy whatsoever, and proceeded to say that the bouquet is supposed to arrive that way. However, the advertising is very sneaky - despite the ad showing a picture of a full bouquet of flowers, there is a comment at the BOTTOM of the listing (As the rep coldly pointed out), which you may not see if you are ordering from a small device, like a cell phone. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I placed an order for mother’s day on May 1 and tried to make changes/cancel it only two days later – on May 3. Company refused to cancel and refused to make any changes to order, even though the order was not scheduled to be delivered until May 10 and was not scheduled to be shipped until May 7. How is it possible that a company cannot make any changes at all or cancel an order FOUR days before it even ships and only two days after it is placed? I have been a customer with them for several years but they have absolutely lost my business over this experience.

The website sucks you in, but let me assure you that what you receive will not be what is pictured on the website. I ordered the flowers with succulents (specifically for the succulents) and not only did it not come with any of those, they sent generic flowers that were not even the colors on the website. Had to file a PayPal claim which they managed to get denied. So I'm out 64.00 for my mother's birthday...the succulents were an inside, personal gift....the reason I ordered the bouquet. So.
