Teleflora is a company that connects consumers with local florists in the United States and Canada. It has an easy-to-use online service that makes it easy for customers to search for florists near their area. All Teleflora flower arrangements are artistically designed by a local florist, using available fresh and seasonal flowers. 

Features and Services

Teleflora offers flowers for birthdays, funerals, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, new baby, get well, International Women’s Day, and other special events. Every arrangement is hand-made and personally delivered, and comes with a guarantee that flower arrangements are only made from the freshest flowers available.  

Clients can select their florist and shop from a list of flowers arranged in categories. Detailed searches are made by selecting a specific product category, occasion, or price. Clients can then select preferred arrangements, Deluxe or Premium. Gift options include balloons, chocolates, and stuffed animals.

A wide selection of flowers is available, such as Asters, Calla Lilies, Carnation, Dahlias, Gerberas, Lisianthus, Orchids, Peonies, Roses, Snapdragons, Sunflowers, Tulips, Tropical Flowers, or Mixed Bouquets. Teleflora can also deliver your order to any secure building, gated community, military base, hospital, or funeral home. Delivery charges include an additional $15.99 service fee for all plant and flower orders in the US and Canada. This fee is subject to change on holiday and peak seasons.

Worst review ever. Teleflora does not make floral arrangements, They send the arrangement to a florist and only give the florist a portion of the money. If you want a PERSONAL touch call a local flower shop in the area you want to send flowers. That is the ONLY way all your money goes towards the arrangement. for a 100.00 order. Teleflora takes 73.00 and a 3.00 fee to the florist so the florist only gets 70.00. Thank smart, buy smart, buy local.

Re: Order First time using this service. Regret doing so. I ordered flowers for my mother who is in a nursing home for rehab. I paid for flex delivery dates. Didn’t care when they arrived as long as it was by Valentine’s Day. I ordered them early morning 2/12/2021. $80 total for flowers, balloon and candy. No flowers were ever delivered. No email or call notifying me there was a delay or even an issue with the delivery. Just decided to take and keep my money. I am so angry. They offered me $23 back. I ordered the "Dutch Garden" bouquet as a sympathy gift and upgraded to the "deluxe" version. They delivered a bouquet that was very different from and inferior to the basic "Dutch Garden" bouquet. The bouquet was pictured in a large floral cup and saucer, but was delivered in a smiley face mug that was completely inappropriate for the occasion--it was an embarrassment. I wanted to have it replaced by another bouquet, but the most Teleflora would give me was a discount, not a refund. My one previous experience with Teleflora was good, but after this recent fiasco, I can't recommend them to anyone.

Ordered flowers around noon on Saturday to be sent to the funeral home for my Brother . Monday , a few hours before the only 4-6 viewing , I checked with TeleFlora because the flowers had not been delivered. My nephews said the flowers arrived on Tuesday when the were leaving for the cemetery burial. I was charged $130, which included charges for delivery. They offered a 50% discount. These flowers were a total waste, to say nothing of the embarrassment I felt on top of my grief at the loss of my Bother.

I ordered from the teleflora website to be delivered to my Birth Mother, which I just found this year. Well, what got delivered, was a mess of a bouquet. Did not look close to what I ordered, (except for the vase), and I ordered the Premium bouquet. The yellow roses were huge and ugly, the kind that doesn't open. They stuck out like a sore thumb amongst the other switched out flowers/greenery they chose. The bouquet was to be cohesive, rounded and controlled, not flowers sticking out, going every which way. If i could put zero i would. First off my mother order me mother’s day flowers called to reschedule delivery because i would be out of town, they even called my mom to confirm this. Flowers still delivered on my porch and sat there for two days before we got home. Second the bouquet looked nothing like what was ordered there were no roses just daisies and wild flowers and the beautiful vase (the main reason my mom chose this bouquet) they sent a plain round one. When my mom called they said the best they could do would be pick up the flowers and refund 50% or give back 30%. What type of customer service is this! yesterday (8/8/17) was my anniversary. i ordered flowers for delivery to my wife's work to make her feel special on such an occasion, and to start off our romantic evening correctly. i paid an extra fee to get the flowers there by 1pm, as advertised on site by teleflora. 1 came and no flowers. I contacted them via customer service site on email as directed, but all i got was a one time email stating they would respond when they get notice from the delivery, but it was already 230 and my wife was to leave work at 3. so, i went into chat with a live rep. they contacted the delivery people and then apologized, refunded my expedition fee and told me that it would definitely be there by 330....
