Although Jimdo is a well-built and easy-to-use website builder, there are better options out there for sites that focus strictly on eCommerce. The platform's large number of free templates, solid SEO optimization, social media integration, and low price are some of its strong suits. However, offset by that are limited bandwidth and storage below the highest level of membership, hardly any conversion tools, no customer 24/7 phone support, and a complete lack of payment methods beyond PayPal for American customers.

Jimdo's free plan provides consumers with a limited amount of bandwidth and storage, but all of the platform's basic features. Its Pro plan increases that amount, while the Business plan makes them unlimited. Products are always unlimited, but we could not identify a number for how many staff accounts can be opened. Jimdo is not PCI compliant and features only PayPal as a payment method for US sellers.
