BAIT AND SWITCH. Ordered sample of kibble. Thought it was great, so subscribed. Then received a completely different product. No dried veggies and fruit. Complained. Customer service lied, and made excuses and never answered as to why the difference, other than it was a new process and they simply had a few bags left that actually looked like their advertising. Then saw another post from sone else experiencing the same. Deceitful. BAIT ABD SEITCH.

I was going to give it a try. Then, at checkout my total mysteriously went from $29.23 to $43.23 with four freebies in between. How does the price change by $14 with nothing added to the price? Hmmmm.

my first order had tiny white pieces of foreign object in the kibble. i emailed them, concerned that it was some sort of plastic. they never responded. sent another email in CAPS saying "URGENT." finally heard back. the photo i provided showed showing plastic sticking out of the kibble! they admitted it was plastic and told me NOT to feed it to my dog as it may make her sick (i have a copy of that email). they said they would talk to their production manager to be more careful. apparently they chopped up the chicken while still in the plastic bag!

There is no phone number to contact customer service so you are at the mercy of when they decide to get back with you via email or text. I placed the trial order for my dog and the only thing that they sent me was a scoop and NO food. I am so annoyed that I can't call and get this resolved asap instead of waiting for who know show long!! Pretty sure I am going to cancel and find another company if I don't hear back by end of day today!

It doesn't matter how good their food is. There customer service is so terrible. You are lucky to get a response from them in days to a week, if you get a response at all. Absolutely unwilling to help out the customers in any way. The food is always crumbled. A quarter to half the bag is just tiny crumbs that your dog wont bother eating and when asked if that's ok to them, they just responded, "it happens". DO NOT USE!!!

This company is the biggest ripoff of all. First they sent the trial shipment without any ice or cold packs so they smelled rotten when I opened the packages which was meant to be refrigerated or frozen. I ended up discarding them as I will not feed spoiled food to my dogs. I reached out to them via email and they insisted there was dry ice with their shipments. Perhaps an oversight on their shipping??? Regardless they offered no apology or replacement!! It is a pain in the neck trying to communicate with them. Spot and Tango are extremely over priced. They wouldn't process my cancellation so I was charged over $300 for food I don't want. They continually send generic emails instead of actually responding to the complaint.

If I could give them a zero I would. There is no way to get ahold of them. I've written several emails, but not one word from them. They do not have a contact number to call them either. What reputable company would not have a phone number for calls. Although I emailed them to cancel my subscription, they still charged my credit card anyway several days before they supposedly were sending out the product. I will have to see if they are actually send the food out. There is no place on their web site to cancel a product, they just say to contact them by email. But emails are not seem answered. STAY away from this company!

I’m giving a two star because the food quality is good, the customer service and the cancellation policies are completely unreasonable. I decided to try spot and tango for my pup because he’s a picky eater, I received the two week trial kit and six days after receiving it I was already being charged for an auto subscription costing US$134 ... we were not even halfway into his trial period, I never agreed to an auto renewal subscription, I figured if he liked it then we would order more food when needed. We have 2 dogs and tried a sample of Spot & Tango under the offer. We started by feeding them the food every other day. They absolutely loved the food! When we take the packet out of the refrigerator their tales are wagging with suspense. Both dogs are older and have been losing teeth. Thus, we thought we would give it a try and it has been worth it. The price is a little high but the health benefits outweigh the cost. A healthier dog is less veterinary costs down the road. I absolutely love Spot and Tango!!! I have never had an issue reaching customer service & whenever I had to email them regarding a delivery change date, I received a response in less than 24 hrs. After trying several fresh dog food delivery services I went with Spot and Tango as my 13 y/o Shih Tzu loves their food and had gained much-needed weight. Fantastic recipes and lighting fast delivery to New Hampshire. I highly recommend them.

These people do business sideways. All they care about is money and they will do whatever it takes to get it. I did a trial order. Yes, I knew that it would start up a subscription. However, they did not have any where in writing that 1 week later they would be sending more bags of dog food and that it would cost $90. I have a small less than 5lb yorkie. He wasn't even through with the trial bags yet. I get an email on a Friday morning at 2:02am PT (5:02am ET where the company is located) stating that I had a $90 order of dog food coming and that I needed to make changes or cancel by the Thursday before the food ships Monday. First of all its illegal to have a subscription service when your website isn't working and the customer can't change their order. I have 3 little dogs and now I have over 350 (gasp) dollars worth of dogfood when they weren't even through the first batch. I was thinking about using them but after confonting them multiple times about their down website and complaining all I got was tepid email saying they would talk about. No discount. No refund. Just excuses. Keep walking there are other companies with fresh dogfood that have their backend together.
