This rating is for customer service & info, not on food per se. Hard to get usual information. Using contact form I only got the contents of the form back in my email. Phone goes to voicemail. FAQs are just articles, not FAQs. No Guaranteed Analysis, calorie content or nutritional info on web site like other brands. No image of how product is packaged. Not reassuring of how company is managed.

Why have your prices increased so dramatically? My dogs like this lean raw food and I used to get 48 pounds for $165 plus $20 for transportation. Current prices put me out of your market. Very disappointed I won't be able to start my new Saluki puppies on it!!!!!
