I've been a customer since 2019, and was always happy with the service. Any problems quickly resolved. Now, things have changed. For example: ordered dog food from Petflow that I always have on 2/14/24. Ordered cat food from Chewy on 2/16/24. Both were free shipping over $49. My Chewy order was delivered on 2/19/24 via Fed Ex. I called twice to Petflow inquiring at least a tracking number. First on 2/20, was tod it was shipped on the 14th but no tracking number, and they will find out and email that to me. On 2/21 called back to be told that they ALSO will find a tracking number, and that it was TODAY being shipped out of California with a tracking number. Then told me it was going to... Read More
