Lately chewy has been screwing up deliveries. By tracking packages, there has been odd patterns of trucking where it will show your item is close and then changes to even a different state entirely. I have seen the tracking go from a few miles away to 50 miles and then across the country. Chewy isn't the only service this has been happening either. Pretty litter has been pulling the same patterns. On a side note FedEx is the service that most likely delivers it all and FedEx has the worst record of quality service.

I have been a Chewy auto delivery customer for several years. They always deliver promptly and if there are errors or an open package or box that gets shipped, they quickly resolve the situation. My only complaint is that they say they bill you on the day of shipment but they really bill you the day before shipment. The money definitely is charged and deducted from my bank account the day before delivery. Chewy customer service says the charge is "on hold" and does not get deducted until the day it is shipped out. That is most definitely not true.
