Coverage under Toco's contracts will expire according to the month and mileage term, whichever occurs first, as shown on the registration page or when the limits of liability have been reached. Clients who cancel after the first 60 days will get a 90% refund minus claims paid. If Toco is the one that terminates the contract, they will provide a 100% refund of the unearned pro rata premiums minus claims paid, yet only if in the event of material misrepresentation, odometer tampering, failure to maintain the motor vehicle as prescribed by the manufacturer, or nonpayment of premiums.
