I have been costumer since 2012. I would like to contact the company for repair my vehicle. I don't if this company still working or not. How I can get rich???
THEY ARE NOT REACHABLE TOALLY NON RESPONSIVE. YOU CANNOTREACH THEM FOR A CLAIM SO DO NOT BY A CONTRACT FROM THEM.
I entered into a contract with Delta and subsequently filed for coverage under the warranty a few months later. They delayed approval of my claim. I cancelled as per the contract language. Delta Auto Protect failed to authorize covered repairs, failed to respond to my request to replace my starter, and ultimately refused to refund my money when I cancelled the contract. They totally misrepresented their business practices and are a completely fraudulent company. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE !
You and your family is sitting back FAT on my money and you won't even call me back-- i paid you 2100.00 for your top warranty and it is bull. I hope since other states stop your from taking money from their families, HOPE California BAN YOU TOO. Customer service is everything, and your company don't care . You speak a good talk but you don't do the good walk. Help SHUT THEM DOWN
DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY!! We purchased a warranty from Delta Auto Protect (DAP) on November 25, 2018. We took our vehicle for a repair in January 2019. The repair shop called DAP for an authorization. It took DAP 2 days to respond after the repair shop called several times to get ahold of them. DAP denied our claim because they stated that after reviewing our vehicle maintenane records they found that in 2010 the Ford dealership had noticed the transmission fluid was low. How can I contact with Delta auto protect car warranty ?
I would rate this company a zero if it were available.They don't answer their customer service lines, and the calls are automatically disconnected after 4 1/2 minutes. The number for the claims line is disconnected. It is a scam and I'm considering suing them. I live in California and they sold me a "warranty" knowing that California is one of the states where their "service" is not available. Beware! They won't give you service - they'll just give you "the business."

This company is a scam.. Although over the past two years they have paid a claim , but only after spending countless hours on calls and finally after 6 months I get a check..paying only part of the service.. Other claims they simply refuse to pay and claim it wasn't covered.. or they simply put the mechanic through an endless hold cycle with promises to return calls that never get returned. The VP of finance or something was named "Thomas" x 405.. finally reaching him I did get some action, but it still took two months of "The check is in the mail" before any check actually arrived.. Waiting for 6 months for reimbursement after cancelling policy. I cancelled because my friend had been waiting 8 months for a claim payment. After dozens of calls and emails, I've never received a response or call back. Still waiting for my $1400! Completely untrustworthy company. Stay away!
I've been trying for six weeks to get them to contact me regarding an existing policy. I've left messages and sent emails with no response to either. This was before Covid-19 started.
I can't give any stars for service since in can't get any service. I'll update my rating if I ever hear from them.
Please answer your phone and pay your claims please. Or Just tell us you are out of business so we can move on.
DELTA AUTO PROTECT IS WORTHLESS.
this company is terrible for communication and does not honor their contract. They do not return calls and keep you on hold for hours. My suggestion is shop anywhere else.
This company is a SCAM. Took me 6 months to get my money back after filing a FRAUD case through my bank.
Just read their cancellation contract...they will require you to delete ANY NEGATIVE ONLINE reviews BEFORE they give you your money back (if you are lucky).
Read the BBB reviews...it is NOT TRUE that they have more positive reviews than negative. They have an "F" rating with the BBB!

They do not intend to honor their contracts and will not pay for authorized repairs without a fight. If you have problems with them, call the PA AG's Bureau of Consumer Protection. My first claim was for a stretched Timing Chain. It took Delta over 3 weeks to make a decision and they ultimately denied my claim using specs from a different engine model (not the engine I had in my car) to justify their denial. Luckily the shop I used was willing to work with me and they provided the specs for my engine, which proved the need for the timing chain replacement. On a direct phone call with a salesperson, we purchased a "Premier" auto extended warranty policy through Delta Auto Protect (DAP) on 2-17-2017. On 12-17-19 (almost three years after purchasing the warranty), we dropped off our car at the dealership for possible repairs and they contacted DAP. On 12-18-19, DAP sent me an email requesting all maintenance records, which I sent that same day. On 12-19-19, I called DAP and spoke to Justin Turner x408 to make sure my documents had been received. They are scammers! They took $3200 for a 4 year 75000 mile warranty. The first time a major repair came up, they stopped responding to my calls and will not respond to messages! I don't know what customers say they have had their cars repaired many times in a year, but I DONT BELIEVE THEM! Dealing with them has been a NIGHTMARE! It is a PONZI scheme! THey will steal your money! I am a real and actual customer! Have been chasing them for 5 weeks so far on a covered repair, and have gotten NO WHERE! !
I have got my vehicle repaired from the Delta numerous times in a year. My account specialist Zack was always there when I contacted him with an issue and I believe it is the easiest company to work with. The dealer also appreciates the great customer services of the Delta Auto Protect and according to him he did not have to wait even for once for payment or other formalities it is very unusual for this kind of companies.
e engine mounts and transmission…
The engine mounts and transmission needed to be replaced in my Jeep Wrangler and I called my rep to get approval of the claim. He told me that transmission is not covered under my contract but the engine mount will be fully covered. I knew that before hand because I read my warranty contract twice after buying the deal. So this was expected. My jeep was repaired and I paid $200 for the transmission repair I got a discount on that from dealer for being a Delta's customer and my rep requested to the dealer to reduce the repair charges of transmission. I am satisfied and happy with Delta.
Delta does not honor their own contracts. It sounds good until they get your money then the nightmare begins. They have an answering service, but no one ever returns the calls. If you have a claim, they will put you off and off and off finding more reasons to delay. You send them paperwork, they will deny ever getting it. My car has been in the shop for over three weeks waiting on them to approve repairs. I am being charged storage. They kept my mechanic on hold for three hours total over one week. My Jeep Wrangler was getting old and high on the mileage. I needed some extended warranty on it immediately. Most of the companies refused to quote as it already covered 150,000 miles but only Delta Auto Protect took me in that too for 3 years plan that covers my car for further 100,000 miles. The rep sent me detail of the contracts in email and told me to read them an ask anything that I wanted. He called me the next dy to follow up and responded patiently to my queries. I was already impressed with the deals so I did not ask much. It has been a year now and I am more than satisfied with my warranty contract.
Where I live in Massachusetts, the roads get really slippery, and two weeks ago, my ABS brake system went out. I definitely could not drive on the bad roads without this, and I really needed to get to school. I called delta, and they got me a rental right away. All I had to do was pay a low deductible. My car was fixed by the end of last week, and I was back to being safe on the roads thanks to Delta!
Very unreliable company. Does not return phone calls. All they want is your money.
This company has to be the worst customer service I have encounter in my life. If anyone is thinking of purchasing an extended warranty with Delta Auto Protection DO NOT!!!!!!!!! save yourself a headache. It took me four days just to submit a claim and that's because I had to literally scream and speak to a manager in order for my claim to be submitted. Please rethink your purchase when it comes to this company do your research don't be like me.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!!!!!!! I bought my Delta Auto Protect Diamond Premier police 1.5 years ago and have had nothing but hassles. I own a BMW 530i and shortly learned that this coverage is a joke for my car. It would be an plan for a Chevy Cavalier or Ford Escort where they are basic in all aspects as far as a vehicle goes, but not for a car that has some R&D behind them. I had a steering shaft issue on my car and when I called to get it fixed they told me that it was not covered. When you read what is covered in the policy you have to read everything very carefully. DO NOT BUY A DELTA AUTO PROTECT EXTENDED SERVICE PROGRAM !!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. They are extremely difficult to deal with. Most Chevrolet Dealerships in the area will not allow you to pay for repairs with their warranty due to Delta Auto Protects extremely poor reputation. Delta Auto Protect authorizes to fix the car but never pays the bill. You'll have to pay with your credit card and will never get reimbursed by Delta Auto Protect.
